This Privacy Policy explains how Natoken LLC. collects, uses, processes, and protects your information when you use the Taledom platform. It applies to all users — readers and authors alike.
Introduction
Taledom is a product of Natoken LLC. ("Company," "us," "we," "our"). This policy describes the types of information we may collect when you use www.taledom.com, the Taledom web application, or the Taledom mobile and desktop applications (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform").
This policy applies to information collected:
- On the Platform, including the website and all associated applications
- In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and the Platform
- Through mobile and desktop applications you download from the Platform
- When you interact with our services on third-party platforms linking to this policy
This policy does NOT apply to information collected by:
- Us offline or through any other Natoken LLC. website or service
- Any third party, including through content or applications that may link to the Platform
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, your choice is not to use our Platform.

Natoken LLC. is the data controller for data collected through Taledom.
What Data Do We Collect?
Account Data
When you create an account:

Data we specifically collect is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not sell your personal data.
Data Governance
Database access is limited to the minimum number of Natoken LLC. employees required to operate the Service. Data is encrypted both at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments.
Cookies
We use cookies for:
- Maintaining your login session
- Saving reading preferences and display settings
- Remembering content classification / age-gating confirmations
- Essential platform functionality
We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking. You can configure your browser to reject cookies, though some features may not function properly. Essential cookies cannot be disabled while using the Platform.

Children's Information
Taledom does not knowingly collect Personal Identifiable Information from children under thirteen (13). If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us immediately at hi@taledom.com.
Users between 13 and 18 may use the Platform as readers but may not enter payment agreements, publishing contracts, or access age-restricted content.
International Data Transfers
Taledom operates globally. Your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or other approved mechanisms).
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach posing risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users and relevant supervisory authorities as required by law, including within 72 hours where required by the GDPR.
California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, California law may provide additional rights. See our separate California Privacy Notice for details.
California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code § 1798.83) permits requests for information about disclosure of personal data to third parties for direct marketing. Contact hi@taledom.com for such requests.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
We review this policy regularly and post updates on this page. If changes materially affect how we process your data, we will notify you through the Platform or by email before they take effect.
