Breaking Worlds is a digital reading platform hosting a serialised novel and associated lore content. Certain content is freely accessible; additional content may require purchase or account creation.

5. Purchases & Refunds

Purchases of premium arcs or content are final. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

You agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform; (b) scrape, copy, or redistribute content; (c) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
